This home is comfy as it has 4 bedrooms and it is very well located. The flat has a lot of charming character, it is in the heart of Gracia, which means you will be within easy reach of Central Barcelona. The train station, also named Gracia, is only five min walk away, and will connect you to Plaza Cataluña, via the L6 and the L7 lines. With beautiful wood flooring and tons of natural light with a lovely relaxed feel.

The living area is bright and airy, with a comfy sofa, and flat-screen TV, so sit back and make yourself at home. Wood flooring, gorgeous, glass door windows, and air conditioning and heating add to the room’s charm, and soft throws and pillows make lovely finishing touches. The space also includes a dining area with a table that seats six in comfy chairs.

You’ll find everything you need to prepare a quick meal or cook up a storm in the fully-equipped kitchen. All the appliances are modern and easy to use, including a kettle, toaster, microwave, and toaster.

In the master bedroom, get a wonderful night’s rest on the super comfortable king-size bed, fitted with fresh, luxury linens. There is also a wardrobe with plenty of storage space, so you won’t have to live out of your suitcase; get unpacking and start feeling at home right away. All the rooms are also fitted with fresh linens and double-sized beds, please make yourself at home. Freshen up in the modern bathroom, white fluffy towels and shampoo are provided and my property will be professionally cleaned before your stay.
